The financial suite allows you to access up to date financial information on your home at the touch of a button. Universal Systems has developed the first electronic breakeven calculator within a program, so using your latest financial information simply enter the:
- Homes' Turnover.
- Gross Profit
- Net Profit.
And then key in the current rate of inflation and the program will display in seconds your homes':
- Annual Breakeven figure
- Monthly Breakeven figure
- Weekly Breakeven figure
This will then be compared against fees being received and the homes occupancy at the time.
