Universal Systems unique care plan will allow you to create individual care plans using a person centered approach. You can add as many sections into the care plan section editor as your home requires. You can then add any specific template to any section added into the care plan and the template will be displayed on every data entry screen. As a residents needs change the care plan can change to meet those needs easily by adding additional sections using the care plan builder to all or any of the residents care plans.

The care plan includes a care plan review screen which allows you to enter all reviews and future reviews directly into the calendar ensuring no reviews are forgotten, and at the same time creating a list of all past reviews.

The care plan print wizard will allow you to print all or any part of a care plan by simply selecting the appropriate dates and ticking the sections you want printed.

The program will compile all the appropriate sections and print them out into a care plan report.
