Universal Systems have developed a fully interactive calendar with the following functions.
- Easy to enter appointment screen storing all the homes' appointments.
- Reoccurring feature allows any calendar or daily planner entry to be reoccurring ensuring no appointment is forgotten.
- Holiday Planner, this unique feature displays the staffs annual leave in the calendar screen and in the rota.
- Daily Planner allows all daily weekly or monthly tasks to be displayed with an easy to use tick box when completed.
- Invaluable search facility allowing you to search through either the calendar or daily planner for appointments or tasks.
- Time critical musical reminder ensuring you never miss an appointment

You can store all your appointments in the calendar for example: Residents Birthdays, Residents health appointments, Health and safety review dates and much more. The calendar will be the nerve centre of your management system alerting you with time critical musical reminders on screen even if you have another application open. You will never have to transfer any more dates at the end of the year from your old diary to the new diary.
